Summary

Youredi is looking for an efficient and structured Administration Manager. This is a flexible part-time role (15-25 hours per week).

As we are now growing, we need your help to achieve our goals! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about admin: a self-driven team player who is willing to roll up their sleeves and help us stay organized and focused.

You will partner with our global sales team, R&D team, marketing and professional services team and be a key contributor. In this role, you will report to the head of business development but work closely with all department heads and the whole organization.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREA – WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Administering the invoicing process (once a month)

  • Assisting in financial administrative tasks

  • Assisting in or coordinating recruitment processes together with hiring managers and recruitment partners

  • Taking care of our Espoo office, being a point of contact for our landlord, cleaners, etc. service providers

  • Organizing company events

  • Taking care of office purchases

  • Assisting with projects such as marketing events

  • Other administrative tasks that might arise

  • Working very closely with pertinent units and individuals of the company

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5-10+ years of experience in business-, office administration, finance&controlling, HR, or similar tasks

  • Experience from working in larger or smaller companies with international operations

  • Well-organized, pragmatic execution skills

  • Positivity and can-do-attitude, confidence and patience

  • Efficient with IT systems especially ERP, quick learner and not afraid of new systems

  • Fluent in English, other languages (including Finnish) are a plus.

  • E.g., Bachelor of business administration or similar vocational education
