Summary

As we are now growing our dynamic sales team, we need your help to achieve our goals! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales and winning. A team player with aself-driven initiative to actively and directly contributing to company growth. This position is focused on winning new business, and you will be responsible for representing our cloud-based integration solution to potential clients, mainly in North America. We appreciate if you understand the platform business and ecosystem digitalization as an outsourced service. This is a role where you can directly contribute by solving companies’ real-life challenges with data connectivity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS – WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

 

  • Selling Youredi Rapids and relevant Enterprise data integration offerings to new and existing customers
    You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and acquiring new customers by promoting our new Rapids product offering and other relevant solutions which are based on our 10+ year of expertise and existing global footprint. You will also effectively execute inbound sales leads.
  • Actively prospecting and creating a network
    You will actively prospect for new opportunities in assigned accounts and/or territory. You are a great networker and actively create and build a network of prospects and associated industry players.
  • Contributing and executing according to the Sales Plan
    You will ensure Territory & Account Planning is aligned with company plans. You are leveraging fluent industry, customer, Youredi, and competitor knowledge to develop and communicate a winning pursuit strategy. We appreciate that you effectively lead and orchestrate the virtual team to successfully win and close business.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction
    You will make sure that appropriate implementation services and post-deployment sustainment (support) is in place to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Working very closely with pertinent units and individuals of the company
    We are looking for team-players that are capable of cooperating across teams and understand different roles and their priorities. You can inspire and engage others to help you achieve your and Youredi’s goals.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE


  • At least 5 plus years of sales experience from B2B, preferably SaaS or Software (alternatively sales experience from the logistics service industry is a plus).
  • Experience from working in companies with international operations. We highly value any experience from selling abroad
  • High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals.
  • Technology savvy; experience in SaaS business models and handy with software tools.
  • As our customers are international, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
