Youredi Ltd. is a privately held software and IT service company with offices in Espoo, Finland (headquarter) and New York City, USA. As part of our growth journey we are planning to open additional offices, with initial focus on Western Central Europe. Youredi provides data integration solutions as a service to companies in the global trade and logistics domain (EDI, API, Supply chain messaging services). Summary

As we are now growing our dynamic sales team, we need your help to achieve our goals! We are looking for an individual who is passionate about sales. A team player with self-driven initiative to actively and directly contribute to company growth. This position is focused on new business development and you will be responsible for representing our cloud-based integration solutions to potential clients mainly in Europe. We appreciate if you understand the platform business and ecosystem digitalization as an outsourced service. This is a role where you can directly contribute by solving companies’ real-life challenges with data connectivity. MAIN RESPONSIBILITY AREAS – WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Selling Youredi Rapids and Enterprise data integration offerings to new and existing customers
    You will have the responsibility to generate new business opportunities and to acquire new customers. You will do this by promoting our new Rapids product offering as well as our Enterprise solutions, which are both based on the Youredi iPaaS and our 10+ year expertise and existing global footprint. You will also effectively execute inbound sales leads.
  • Actively prospecting and creating a network
    You will actively prospect for new opportunities in assigned accounts and/or territory. You are a great networker and you actively create and build on existing networks of prospects and associated industry players.
  • Contributing and executing according to the Sales Plan
    You will ensure Territory & Account Planning is aligned to company plans. You are leveraging industry, customer, Youredi, and competitor knowledge to develop and communicate winning pursuit strategy. We appreciate that you effectively lead and orchestrate the virtual team to successfully win and close business.
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction
    You will make sure that appropriate implementation services and post-deployment sustainment (support) is in place to ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Working very closely with pertinent units and individuals of the company
    You embrace the fact that outstanding customer experience and overall commercial success is based on efficient team work.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

  • 5-10+ years of sales experience from B2B, preferably SaaS or Software (alternatively sales experience from the logistics service industry is a plus).
  • Experience from working in companies with international operations. We highly value any experience from selling internationally (an existing contact network in Europe is a big plus.)
  • High commitment and strong track record of attaining goals.
  • Technology savvy; experience in SaaS business models and handy with software tools.
  • As our customers are international, excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. (Other languages are a plus, e.g. Dutch, German, French, or Spanish.)
