Since more than five years, Lior Frenkel is ZIM Integrated Shipping Services’ E-Commerce Business Manager and has extensive experience from various roles within IT and global shipping. ZIM is one of the top10 Global Ocean Shipping carriers offering a unique fresh service concept focusing on flexibility, customer-centricity and a smart, efficient network that ensures stable, reliable services. In his role Lior focuses on planning, implementing and monitoring ZIM’s online channel strategy and other e-commerce best practices as well as building digital commercial solutions for the benefit of ZIM customers such as ZIM online booking and Spot Quote (e.ZIM and eZQuote) platforms available on ZIM website. Prior to his current role, Lior has acted as Quality assurance Director of Commercial Software at ZIM. Lior holds a BSC in Industrial Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and a MA Organizational Behavior from Netanya Academic College.
Ari Haapaniemi (Youredi, Head of professional services)
Ari is responsible for running and developing professional services operations at Youredi. Ari has been working with intra- and inter-company integrations since 1999. Prior to Youredi, Ari worked in different technical, management and architecture positions at Frends Technology, Itella, HiQ - and also ran his own ICT consultancy business for couple of years just before joining Youredi. Ari holds a Master of Science in Engineering from Helsinki University of Technology.

She has a 10-year experience working with business development, sales and partner management from the Logistics SaaS industry and has prior to that worked within Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Before joining Youredi, Geesche worked in different roles at companies such as Unifaun, Memnon Networks and Itella/Posti.Geesche holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics.
